This mead is brewed with blueberries as a flavoring, which gives a mild, round and full-bodied taste. It is perfect for desserts or as a fresh alternative to rosé wine. The mead can also be enjoyed as a sweet substitute for port or sherry and works excellently as a complement to a delicious tapas plate. Named after Harald Blue touth king of Denmark from c. 958 – c. 986
